MUST BE READ BEFORE BOOKING : 
 
A deposit of £50 is required at time of booking to retain the services of Through the Looking Glass Photography for the date and time of your session. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your session. Arranged time and date will be pre-hold for client for 24h or until deposit is received, whichever comes first. If client fail to pay deposit within that time, must contact photographer again to check availability.

Deposit is not refundable. 

Due to diary booking based business my appointment can only be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days prior agreed date, with the exception of the special circumstances like: child or parent/parent's illness

(this will be accepted as a once off ) or if photographer is unable to take the session due to illness or personal circumstances.
 
Through the Looking Glass Photography will professionally edit 5 images, will contact the Client within 7 days from the session date to view the online gallery and select as many images as the client would like to within 7 days and their chosen images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.  If the client would like  any products, they want to choose within 5 days after they received their final gallery, payment must be received within the next 3 days.
 
Client must understand that packages starts at £150 or £195 for the newborn sessions and this is minimum spending required per session.

Client must understand their order will be ready within 2-4 weeks (depending on quantity of order and products) after i received the payment and it will need to be collected or can be sent via post therefore extra charge will be added to an order.

All images belong to Through the Looking Glass Photography are covered under copyrights
This apply to images used in social medias too. Under no circumstances do not download, crop, remove watermark  or edit images done by Through the Looking Glass Photography. Legal action may be taken against people breaching the law.
Although it is always welcome to share any of my images.
Print Release Policy Clients who spend a minimum of £250 on printed products will receive full-resolution digital images. If this minimum is not met, limited-resolution images will be provided, suitable for online sharing and small prints but not for large-scale printing.The images provided are fully edited and prepared for printing however due to wide variety of printers results will vary. In addition please note certain print sizes may result in undesired or unflattering cropping of the image due to certain sizes having different ratio. I can accept no responsibility for any poor results obtained from third party printers due to color, undesired cropping, print quality or any other factor as I have no control over this process.

Only fully edited images ( in JPG format)  will be presented to client as a final product.
Client must understand all images provided by Through the Looking Glass Photography are protected by copyright , it is illegal to modify images in any way , shape or form. The only person liable for this procedure is Kinga Nagy.

Your purchase of the original files releases Through the Looking Glass Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Through the Looking Glass Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.

Raw files are deleted after gallery presentation on viewing; non purchased images after 3 months. All other images will be stored for 3 years however Through the Looking Glass Photography do not take any liability for images which as been handed to client. Through the Looking Glass Photography always advice to do at least TWO copies of the session images on different harddrives. 
Through the Looking Glass Photography has the unrestricted right and permission to copyright.
 
As the photography is " I like what I see" type of business, which means new clients book based on current work shared, as well as appreciation is the trigger in creative process, Through the Looking Glass Photography uses images in portfolio, on website, facebook, instagram, in competitions if you
